In July 1999, Jim Brogan and Ken Warner started and incorporated Creative Hardwood Floors. Prior to starting Creative Hardwood Floors, both men had worked in the hardwood flooring industry for many years. In June 2005, Trent Rutledge and Tony Horsman also bought into the company. They both have been with the company since 2000.

Since the beginning, Creative Hardwood Floors has been a small company that prides itself on quality, not quantity. We treat every job as if it’s our only job. Our employees are skilled and take a tremendous amount of pride in their work no matter if it is an install of a new floor or a refinish of an existing floor.

We are members of the National Wood Flooring Association and the Rochester Area Builders.
